Our exclusive 3-Year, In-Home Extended Warranty, is available for
purchase on products provided and installed by Warren Steven Window
Fashions.
For a minimal charge, you may provide a warranty package for your customers that allows them to call us direct with any
problems related to their window treatments. We will schedule all
service calls and fix any problems all without hassle or service
fees for you.
How It Works:
The program is designed for dealers who use our Measure and
Installation department. The program will work as follows.
- Dealers must order the In-Home Warranty when the order
is placed.
- The cost will be added on to the order.
- A Warranty card will be delivered to the customer at the time
of installation by the Warren Steven installer.
In Case of a Warranty Issue:
- The customer may call the Warren Steven repair center direct.
- We will schedule a service call and fax you a copy of the
service request.
- Once the service call is complete, we will notify you that the issue has been resolved.

Qualifications:
- All orders must be
purchased and installed through Warren Steven
- 3-Year Warranty begins the date of install
- Warranty is valid on residential jobs only
- Warranty does not include drapery/bedding
- Guarantee does not cover damages resulting from accidents,
alterations, misuse, abuse, and exposure to the elements, excessive
humidity, or failure to follow our instructions with respect to
use, cleaning or maintenance. Also does not cover routine battery
changes in Power-rise products.
