Providing high quality training and communication, the Professional Installer Program (PIP) helps ensure the installation quality of our products while giving you a real competitive advantage in the marketplace.

• Receive Technically Speaking, a newsletter created for installers by installers. Learn tips, tricks and shortcuts that make installing fast & smooth
• Receive points for training you attend and for filling out warranty cards. Reward points can be redeemed for tools, gift certificates and clothing
• Receive information on training opportunities throughout the country.

Certification:
Become a certified Hunter Douglas Installer by attending a 3-day intensive workshop offered exclusively by Hunter Douglas. This program was created to help you understand Hunter Douglas products from top to bottom and to able to meet the many challenges encountered in the field. Watch your training section to see when this training optometry will be coming to an area near you.

Reward Points
Ways to earn reward points:

1. Training: Attend any of the following classes and receive PIP rewards points for the time you spend:
   • Approved Fabricator Installation Training
   • Professional Installer 3-day Certification Training Program

   By attending the Installer Training programs offered, you will earn points based on the material covered and length of class.

2. Installation Registration: Register your installations at PIP Online for points! For each product category, you will answer up to seven questions. Earn 10 points for each product category you complete towards PIP Rewards.
